To say that someone is good or bad at something, you use the same particle you would use to say you like or hate something, ga. The sentence structure for this, as usual, is:

(______ wa) ______ ga ______ desu.

Here are a few example setences using the words for good and bad at, jouzu and heta.

Megu wa suiei ga jouzu desu.
Megu is good at swimming.
Tenisu ga kirai desu.
I am bad at tennis.
Abii wa sakka ga jouzu desu ka.
